B2B Service Request Form

Step 1

Fill out that form! We’ll get all the info we need from you. Every suspension component needs its own form filled out.

First time working with Traction Works? Drop us an email beforehand and introduce yourselves, we’ll get an account setup for you and a price list sent over with our B2B rates.

Step 2

We’ll confirm everything with your shop. From there you can ship us (or drop off) all suspension components due for service. (Please remove all fenders, brake hose mount hardware, and brake hardware from forks)

Dealers must follow up with shipment tracking info if sending in suspension so we can reserve your spot in the service queue and ensure a speedy turn around time.

Step 3

We’ll service your suspension according to the service requested. Please note, there is a $50 parts allowance to replace worn items (damper shaft, seal heads, shims, etc) If additional parts exceed this allowance, we’ll reach out.

Once we’re finished we’ll contact you for payment. From there you can pick it up or we’ll ship it back to you! Shipping to/from Traction Works is the shop’s responsibility
